Your brand resides in the hearts and minds of customers, clients and prospects. To succeed in branding, you must understand the needs and wants of your customers and prospects. Only then can you craft the brand to address their needs emotionally and experientially.

At DofM, we huddle with clients, taking time to really understand their customers and the features of their products and services. We may test a marketing strategy through focus groups with prospects. We will modify and revise until we get it right.
