At DofM, we huddle with clients, taking time to really understand their customers and the features of their products and services. We may test a marketing strategy through focus groups with prospects. We will modify and revise until we get it right.

Strategy is a set of actions designed with a goal in mind. When a team is down 6 points with three minutes left in the game, they plan a strategy to score a touchdown. For our clients, we adjust play by play, keeping the goal in mind to give them the best chance for that winning score.
When we set strategy with clients, we never take our eye off the ball. Usually that’s increased sales, greater market share, client awareness or business growth. Sometimes clients know exactly what they want and have a good sense of how to get there.
